From 18th of January to 10th of February 2024, enrollments to municipal and state pre-school in Carpi and Campogalliano are open for 2024-2025 school year.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM IT
It should be remembered that registrations will be valid for those born in 2021, with some exceptions:
in Carpi, the "Arcobaleno" preschool, the "Peter Pan" preschool and "Acquerello" preschool also admits children born until 30th August 2022;
"Balena Blu" preschool admits children born from 1st January to 30th April 2022;
in Campogalliano, the "S. Neri" preschool also admits children born until 30th June 2022.
Enrollment forms for children born from January 1st to April 30th 2022 will be collected only for state preschools. These requests will be considered separately and will be organised in a ranking only in September 2024, verified by the competent bodies all the conditions for the eventual reception (as regulated by CM n. 40055 - 12/12/2023).
HOW TO ACCESS IT
1. Access in ENTRANEXT https://portale-terredargine.entranext.it/servizi-scolastici/nuova-richiesta
2 - Select the "Richiesta di iscrizione ai servizi scolastici" button, thus entering the "Seleziona il bando di iscrizione" section. Identify and select the Notice corresponding to the Municipality you are interested in.
3 - Log in/register with SPID/CIE (the requesting user will be registered as a contribuente)
4 - Fill in the application in all its parts.
Fields with an asterisk are mandatory.
The compilation notes can be viewed by moving on the ? symbol.
"Fruitore": In the "fruitore" section, insert the data of the child you intend to enroll in the nursery school must be entered.
Parametri mandatory certificates/documents must be scanned and attached as a single document.
5- After sending the application you will receive a first email confirming that your registration request has been processed, showing the application processing protocol number, followed by a second email with the Unione Terre d'Argine protocol number which will identify your application in the rankings.

- Minimum monthly rate € 73.00
To get the benefits you need to submit the ISEE online by September 30th 2024.
WHAT YOU NEED
The application form is a self-declaration, therefore it must be signed by one of the parents in front of school office’s employee. The family have to fill in the application form with all the information required in order to have the complete award of the score. The information stated will be verified. Families residing in Carpi territory can express up to 4 preferences among municipal and state preschools. The choice of a school in the residence area of the family will be rewarded with the allocation of a higher score.
ADMISSION PROCEDURES
Applications will be awarded a score, according to criteria that take into account the situation of the family, the employment of the parents and the availability of grandparents to take care of children. The ordered lists of applicants per each school will be published from 4th to 9th of March 2024 at the school offices of Campogalliano and Carpi, at the offices of the Comprehensive School of Campogalliano and Carpi, and on the website. In the same period, families can present written appeals, motivated by appropriate documentation, in order to change the score. The final assignment of available places will be arranged by March 30th 2024.
Every non-accepted request will be included in a waiting list, divided by age, which will be used in case of surrenders or resignation of children already enrolled in the preschool.
Campogalliano: the schools will be assigned by the residence of the families. Any transfer applications will be assigned a score on the basis of criteria, approved by resolution of the Council of the Union n.145 of 07/12/2021. The allocation of seats, definitively, will be arranged by April 2024. Any unsuccessful applications will form a waiting list, divided by age, which will be used to cover the posts that will become vacant in case of renunciation or resignation of the children already admitted.
School managers, as requised by law, will send the enrolles list to local healt companies by March 2024 in order to verify compulsory vaccinations for all children. If there isn't regular vaccination situation, the chil will not be able to attend preschool.
SCHOOL SCHEDULE
All preschools are open from 9.00 a.m. to 4 p.m. The early opening time from 7.30 to 9.00 can be requested only for reasons related to parents work. Only in some preschools the extended time service can be activated from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm (pick up by 6.15 pm), if there is a minimum number of 7 children and according to current regulations.
