From Monday 25th of March until Monday 22nd of April 2024, enrollments to municipal and affiliated nursery schools are open for 2023-2024 school year.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM IT

All the families living in the Unione with children born in the 2022 and 2023 and for the municipalities of Carpi, Novi and Soliera even born or unborn children from January 1st to August 31st 2024.
Children who already attend the nursery school are automatically enrolled for the next school year, so the family musn't redo the enrollment.

HOW TO ACCESS IT

The use of the SPID digital identity is mandatory for the enrollment.
How to register online:

1 - Access the ENTRANEXT portal

2 - Select the "Richiesta di iscrizione ai servizi scolastici" button, entering  "Seleziona il bando di iscrizione" section. Locate and select the button corresponding to the age range of your child in the Municipality of your interest.

     Entering the name of the Municipality for which you wish to apply in the box, only the notices relating to the chosen municipality will appear. It is possible to present the application in several municipalities at the same time.

3 - Access/register with SPID/CIE (the requesting user will be registered as a contribuente)

4 - Fill in the application in all its parts.
Sections with an asterisk are mandatory.
The compilation notes can be viewed by moving to the ? symbol. 
In the point 3- Fruitore In the section fruitore, must be written the data of the child. You must write the data of the parenti if the child has not yet born.
In the point 4 - Parametri - The mandatory certificates/documents must be scanned and attached as a Single Document.

   5- After sending the application, you will receive a first email confirming your enrollment. Then a second email with the Unione Terre d'Argine protocol number which identify your application in the rankings.

Full-time attendance
- Full Monthly Rate: € 430.00
- Minimum Monthly Rate: € 75.00

Part-time attendance
- Full Monthly Rate: € 350.00
- Minimum Monthly Rate: € 55.00

Part-time attendance of Melarancia
- Full Monthly Rate: € 230.00
- Minimum Monthly Rate: € 45.00
To get the benefits the families have to submit on line the ISEE form, before starting nursery school.

WHAT YOU NEED

The enrollment form is a self-declaration, therefore it must be signed by one of the parents in front of school office’s employee. The family have to fill in the form with all information required in order to have the complete award of the score. Information stated will be verified.
In case of fake declarations the score will be replaced with a penalization and the confirmation can also be revoked.
In Carpi, Novi and Soliera municipalities, parents can express their preferences, in order of priority, choosing from to nursery schools in their area.

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Applications submitted within the deadlines will be awarded a score based on criteria that take into account the family situation, parents’ work and grandparents availability.
Temporary rankings will be published at the local school offices and on the website from 9th to 19th of May. In the same period appeals will be able to be presented in order to request a different score.
Final rankings will be published by May 2024 and places will be assigned by June 2024.
Not accepted applications will be organised in a waiting list, divided by age and used to assign available places during the school year following resignation or surrender. The rankings will be updated with new applications on October 1st, 2024 and January 2nd, 2025. According to the National Law, compulsory vaccinations are access requirement for attendance.

OPEN DAYS
