facciata nido peter panThe Peter Pan nursery school welcomes a single group of children from 18 to 36 months, located within the Peter Pan childhood centre. The educational program is geared toward children's autonomy and the development of their multiple intelligences, placing the child and their actions at the center in relation to other people and the environment. Each child is seen as a whole and unique individual, within a path of personal and group growth, in a continuous exchange that fosters curiosity and learning.

The spaces and proposals are designed to support children's needs of exploration, discovery and experimentation, in a context rich in multiple activities and challenges appropriate to age, level of autonomy and skill. The use of unstructured materials stimulates creativity and fosters symbolic and constructive play, supporting relationships among children.

The outdoor space is also a place of multiple learning experiences, offering several opportunities for play and exploration. It is considered a true learning environment, designed according to criteria conceived and developed to support the diversity of its inhabitants and encourage processes of inquiry and research.

Furthermore, shared experiences with preschool children are frequent throughout daily life: these encounters, interactions, and relationships become stimulating opportunities to foster autonomy, learning, discussion, negotiation and strengthen self-confidence. These moments of meeting develop in children a sense of belonging to an entire community. The educational context of the Peter Pan Peter Pan childhood centre is therefore seen as a continuum, where individual skills and abilities intertwine with other ones in order to create and support individual and collective growth paths.

families and participation

Families participation in the school's life is achieved through different modes: assemblies, parents-school individual talks, the section meetings, the School Board, workshops and parties testify to the wealth of opportunities for interaction, discussion and sharing. In addition to these chances, by joining the Special Agent 006 Association, the School Board and families can activate special and transversal missions: projects and activities aimed at enriching the educational experience, play materials and project proposals for the children.
