Pre-School Summer Camps
From 1st July to September for children between 3 and 6 years
From this year, the Unione Terre d'Argine supports a new organizational and management method for the 3-6 year old summer camps, in analogy of the 6 -13 year old summer camps. In fact, through a public notice, two managers were identified, ACCENTO Società Coop. soc. and C.S.I. Carpi sport, who organize summer camps in Campogalliano, Carpi and Soliera for children enrolled in municipal, affiliated and State pre-schools in the month of July. In August, one summer camp will be active in Carpi and in September, summer camps will be organized both in Carpi and in Soliera for children enrolled in State pre-schools awaiting the start of the school year.
The Unione Terre d'Argine will continue to support the organization of summer camps for children aged 3-6 by making its school premises available and providing financial contributions to contain fees and recognize the costs of additional support teacher for children with disabilities .
With this new way, families have a more flexible service to their needs, as by contacting the manager directly they register in the location they prefer (subject to availability) in one or more weeks and they could choose between different weekly attendance, such as part-time, full-time, with extended hours and, only for the CSI, also part-time in the afternoon.
The weekly fees, including meals, will range from 78€ for the part-time scheme, 98€ for the day until 4pm and 123€ with extended hours. The rate will be the same for both managements.
The summer proposals of Accento and CSI Carpi sport will integrate and will be supported by that of other private providers, which will enrich the availability of attendance in some territories or in different periods. In Novi di Modena, two local associations will organize the summer camps for children aged 3 to 6, Aneser in Novi di Modena and Anspi in Rovereto

For ACCENTO Summer Camps:
Registrations will be open:
from 15/04 to 25/05 for July, August, September;
from 26/05 to 15/06 for August and September;
from 16/06 to 15/07 only for September.

For the BabyCSI and Arca di Noè summer camps in Carpi: must be completed a filled form to the C.S.I Carpi sport office in Via B. Peruzzi 22 in Carpi (at “Casa del Volontariato”) only for the first registration. Subsequent payments can also be made by bank transfer, respecting the deadline. Enrollment will close 10 days before the start of the start summer camps.
CONTRIBUTIONS
The families can apply to take advantage of the regional contribution for Isee to € 24,000.00 - "Project for work-life balance: support for families for attending summer camps - Summer 2024" (Resolution of the Regional Council n. 365 of 04/03/2024).

Who can benefit from it
Nursery summer camps are organised for children enrolled in municipal and affiliated nurseries. The families of children who are attending private nurseries can directly ask to the owner of the nursery.

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE
1 - Access the ENTRANEXT portal https://portale-terredargine.entranext.it/servizi-scolastici/nuova-richiesta
2 - Select the "Richiesta di iscrizione ai servizi scolastici" button, enter the "Seleziona il bando di iscrizione" section. Locate and select the call for tenders corresponding to the nursery summer camps in the municipality of your interest. Enter the name of the Municipality for which you wish to apply in the box, only the notices relating to the chosen municipality will appear.
3 - Access/register with SPID/CIE (the requesting user will be registered as a taxpayer)
4 - Fill in the application in all its parts. Selections with an asterisk are mandatory.
5 - In the “fruiritore” section, insert the data of the child who intends to enroll in the nursery summer camps.
6 - After sending the application, you will receive a first email confirming your enrollment. The second email with the Unione Terre d'Argine protocol number which identifies your application in the rankings.
For info and assistance you can contact competent territorial school office to fix an appointment by telephone.
The school offices are available by appointment to provide any support in completing the ONLINE application.
Expiry
The application form must be delivered before the 14th of May 2024.
Applications after this deadline can only be accepted subject to available places. The waiver after 24th of May is possible, but entails the payment of the fee.
Cost
Summer Camp fees are the same applied in the nurseries during current scholastic year.
Reduced fees and facilitations are the same applied during the school year.
Where
After receiving all the enrollment forms, the administration will define where the summer camps will take place and the composition of the children groups.
Approximately there will be a summer camp activated in each municipality of the Unione Terre d’Argine. Children who attend an affiliated nursery will go to theirs.
Organisation
- Summer camps will be open from 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 pm, eventually until 6.15 pm if there are at least 7 children per class enrolled to the after school time. Families can also choose part-time attendance until 1.30 pm.
- Enrolled families will be invited to a meeting before the summer camp starts. Some representatives of Unione Terre d’Argine and Cooperativa Gulliver will take part in this meeting.
